Just like old times but an extra set of wheels. Went to Silverstone for an vintage car race with Rob. Things haven't changed a bit. You would think we were racing the Tularis but its a car this time. This was one of the more interesting cars from the weekend. Its called the "Thunder Bug". 4.2L 90 Deg V-twin. Power pulse in top gear every 5 feet. Redline @ 1500 rpm. There is no Holley double pumper carb, edlebrock intake, 10:1, 4.10 in the rear or any of that but we are still talkin muscle.
4 speed exposed chain drive dog engagment transmission, exposed valve train, stub exhaust, MotoGuzzi ignition, dual plug head, were talkin dirty!
