


Well here it is. I bought one of those compact chain breaker tools that Motion Pro sells, just like the one that we use last year in the Black Hills. The only problem is that it doesn't rivet the master link and I was not going to haul around the hugh chain tool I have. I decided to do what Motion Pro should have and make some anvils for riveting. Took some 4340 Ht 32-48, a .250 ball bearing, .250 ball nose EM, a 9/32 ball nose EM, and a Hardinge tool room lathe and turned up some anvils. Nice and compact!
